What happens in a “free consultation”?

Let’s start with what doesn’t happen.

What does happen?

I don’t have a “standardized” set of questions.

I typically start out with a question designed to discover why you contacted us. There must be some areas of concern to you, or the conversation would not be taking place. In the same way that a physician knows that the “presenting symptom” is frequently not the “real problem”, we chat about how you see your organization and about what you think could be better.

We have two different roles in that conversation.
